To support the sourcing team in coordinating all information like demand, supply, logistics, commercial etc. to the Sourcing Team, to other company departments and producers. The position will also be assisting the Head of Sourcing in all backroom operations, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Communication & Reporting.

• Coordination of all sourcing supply, demand and planning.

• Constant liaison with Logistics department and Sourcing Stock Management.

• Tracking of Sourcing Department KPI measurements.

• Handling all finance related requirements for department (SAP stock creation and harvest orders etc.)

• Assist Head of Sourcing with product manager and third-party exporters.

• Customer order fulfilment and signing of on customer invoices.

• Weekly Producer Analysis review & queries to all stake holders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, business or a related field; or equivalent vocational training and relevant experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in agribusiness, logistics, finance, fruit industry agriculture activities like farming management or packhouse quality management.

• Needs to be very sufficient in the use of Outlook, Power Point and Excel. Experience in AI language models, Noda and PowerBI will be advantageous.

• Fruit Export experience in any capacity is not necessary but will be very advantageous.

• Fresh produce sourcing and procurement practices.

• Production planning.

• Supply chain coordination.

• Knowledge of fresh produce quality standards and compliance requirements.

• Data analysis and reporting.

• Understanding of agricultural production cycles

• Strong level of competency with MS Office 365
