As a Store Sales Consultant, you are the face of our brand. Your main job is to welcome customers, help them find what they need, and ensure they have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for driving sales while keeping the store looking clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet every customer who walks in the door in a friendly manner. Answer questions about products and help customers make decisions.

• Product Knowledge: Learn about the products we sell so you can explain features and benefits to customers.

• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor tidy. Arrange displays, and make sure items are priced correctly.

• Stocking: Help unload new stock deliveries

• Loss Prevention: Keep an eye on the store to prevent theft and report any suspicious activity to the Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience

• Matric

• Skills:

  • A friendly and positive attitude.

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
