Responsibilities:

• Record keeping and administration.
• Implementation of irrigation, fertilizer, spraying, pruning etc.
• Management of staff.
• Adhere to and implement health and Safety Standards.
• Organise maintenance of the farm property.
• Development: Planning and management of any development.
• Budgeting and maintenance of accurate financial records.
• Responsible for advanced planning to maximise production.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Drivers license
• Excellent Managerial and people skills that can effectively manage staff across all levels.
• A degree, diploma in Agriculture or BSc Agri .
• Computer literate in Office Suite.
• Telephone etiquette and to be able to handle suppliers, clients etc in an effective way.
• 5+ Years’ experience as a Citrus Farm Manager/ soft fruits / sufficient project managing and technical skills could also fit the role.
• Confident and well presented.
• Good time management skills.
• Deadline driven
• Can work in a fast paced, pressured environment.
